A note from Laura.
Throughout my years working in the wedding industry, I’ve worked with countless other photographers and shooters. It was always a dream of mine to begin crafting a team of photographers that understand my love for the art and the connection we build with clients. My associates at LCP are hand picked through years of experience, both on talent and personality. Alexa and Ali both provide my clients with a top tier experience and have nailed our romantic shooting style. I am so thrilled to be able to help tell stories alongside some of the most talented women I know!

During sessions, she brings a warm and gentle presence with an eye for detail.
Alexa is queer photographer and psychotherapist based in the mountains of Western North Carolina with a documentary style. Both her photography and therapy practice stem from the understanding that connection with ourselves and others is integral to our lives.
She is drawn to capturing the importance of the “big” moments as well as the quieter, fleeting moments that hold their own big story.

Ali has spent over a decade building her creative world by capturing deep, genuine connections for couples in New York City, San Diego, and most recently, Asheville. She brings a calm, welcoming presence to every wedding day and is continually inspired to expand her creativity with each unique celebration. Influenced by both editorial and lifestyle-driven imagery, Ali is drawn most to the beautiful moments that unfold naturally.
Strongly connected to the queer community, Ali is passionate about capturing love, in all its forms. Her style is rooted in documenting real moments and meaningful connections. From the first conversation to long after the final gallery is delivered, she strives to make the entire experience feel fun, stress-free, and deeply personal.
